• The supervisor will provide detailed feedback on your practical evaluation.
• Discuss any areas for improvement and highlight your strengths.

2. Certification of Completion:

• Upon successful completion of the practical evaluation and quizzes, you will receive a certificate of completion.
• The certificate acknowledges your readiness to perform dock duties at Newport Fun Tours.

3. Next Steps:

• Congratulations on completing the onboarding course!
• You are now fully prepared to start your role as a dock employee.
• If you have any further questions or need additional training, feel free to reach out to your supervisor.
