Lesson 2: Documenting Incidents

Taking Pictures and Notes:

• Document the location and condition of the party in need before and after the rescue.
• Take clear pictures of any damages or issues.
• Note the time, date, and details of the incident for reporting purposes.

Reporting to Management:

• Submit a detailed incident report to the manager as soon as possible.
• Include all pictures, notes, and relevant information in the report.
• Ensure the report is thorough and accurate to help with any follow-up actions
